General Waste (black lid) bin is collected one week and theRecycling (green lid) and Organic (brown lid) bins on alternate weeks.
To make remembering easier, when you sign up you can receive a freeweekly text reminder, the evening before your bins are scheduled to be collected, telling you what bin(s) to leave out.

The only days that The City Bin Co.do not collectare Christmas Day and St. Stephen’s Day. If your collection happens to fall on either of these two days, you will receive your collection on an alternative day that week.But we will let you know in advance if this is the case.Please note: we do collect on bank holidays, including New Year’s Day
